After some discussion and inquiry into the need for moderators on this site it has been decided that this forum can actually do without moderators. Naomi is in full support of this idea. You, the members of this community seem to be of an ilk that do not require actual moderating; i.e. no one gets out of hand with their comments, there is no rudeness, everyone is kind and considerate ... naturally. Thus the current moderators, Julie, Lola, Andrea and Amy will be relinquishing the titles of Moderators of the forum and joining the general population. Thanks to all the time they put in to getting this community off the ground. The forum will be maintained by one volunteer Administrator, who will look after site integrity – we need someone to step forward to fill this position. There is really very little to do; for more information please contact Admin at apcommunityforum@gmail.com.
Thank you as well to all who requested more information about Moderating in the Member Questionnaire.

Just wanted to say that I miss Lola, Andrea, and Julie! Hope you will all still be able to post from time to time so we can all gain from your insights and experience.

I want to second Leann's comment! All of a sudden the boards are really quiet. We'd love to hear from you when you have time. I know we're all busy with our little ones... |
